Effective Messaging and Product Training

Creating an effective pitch is not always easy, especially if you sell complex products and services. 
It is useful to havea quick template that is easy to adjust and that can be understood by customers, buyers and investors because client executives may not tolerate complex presentation at the first meeting. What you need to do is clearly articulate your product/services vision and expand the customers view on what your company can do for them. This approach may help you to open the doors, get better understanding of products/services by sales team and eventually, increase your conversion ratio!

How We Structure the Product Message

After several years performing managing, consulting and sales roles, presenting at the executive level, our Managing Director, Luba Reynolds, understood that the most touching and effective presentation are not necessarily the complex but easy ones in appearance. The ones where you can create the company vision from scratch in front of your customers drawing their attention in a controlling manner. So we took a white board approach, added some presentation techniques and  psychology to help reinforcing the message and created a structure that can be adjusted to a customer understanding level. We called it VisionBoard where you can effectively draw your product message on one slide or whiteboard.

When we meet with you, we first look at your product and marketing materials, discuss important points/solutions of your product/service range and propose layering structure (sequence) of your pitching and associative visualisation to improve product message memorisation.On the second meeting we present our draft pitch, that we can adjust to the perfection. As a result, we present a VisionBoard and a comprehensive advise on how to re-use it in the meetings with your clients and investors. 

We can also train your team to present the VisionBoard either on a mock deal or for the real prospect. We strongly advise to use this training option. Practice makes it perfect.In addition, we can create a video/small film that can be used to train your people in the future. The film can be put on your website as a marketing tool to generate leads or sent to your client as a short presentation about your products and services.
